eSIM stands for embedded SIM and allows you to get connected anywhere, anytime. It works like a traditional SIM card, except without a need for the physical card. As long as your device is compatible, you will be able to use an eSIM.

The recommended way to install your eSIM is through the QR code we provided via in-app instruction and email.
a. On iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add Cellular Plan (or Add Data Plan), then scan the QR code
b. On Android (Google Pixel): Go to Settings > Network and Internet > SIMs > Add More> Download a SIM instead, and then scan the QR code
c. On Android (Samsung): Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager > Add Mobile Plan > Scan QR code

No, you don't have to. You can keep your primary SIM card in your phone while using rivoSIM's eSIM for your data. Make sure to update your phone settings to use rivoSIM's eSIM for data to avoid incurring roaming costs.

Currently valid for 180 days prior to activation. After activation, the plan is valid for the length of the plan. eSIMs validity is extended with each top up. 

Yes, in the data plan details , there are statistics of data usage and time remaining as well as other details. Additionally you can check plan status with our Short URL for plan sharing. 

You can request a refund of any unused eSIM purchased in your account.

eSIMs CAN be reinstalled from the same QR code they were installed with, in the case they were deleted. The eSIM must be valid, active and still holding an active data plan.
