1. Agreement and service
These Terms govern your use of rivoSIM, a Jetrivo product based in Bangladesh. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this site.
rivoSIM sells and manages digital travel eSIM data services supplied through eSIMAccess and upstream mobile operators. Delivery normally consists of digital installation details, a QR code or compatible activation information. Physical SIM delivery is not included unless expressly stated.
2. Device and installation responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and can use the plan at your destination. You must follow installation instructions, keep activation information private, avoid installing the same profile on unsupported multiple devices, and retain access to your order details.
Do not delete an installed eSIM unless instructed by support. Reinstallation is not always possible. Incorrect installation, incompatible devices, or device restrictions may not establish refund eligibility.
3. Coverage, validity and data
Coverage descriptions identify intended destinations and participating networks, but actual connectivity depends on local operator availability, signal, device bands, congestion, maintenance and roaming arrangements. Network speed and continuous availability are not guaranteed.
Each package has its own data allowance and validity or activation rules shown before purchase. Validity may begin on installation, activation, first connection, or another supplier-defined event. You are responsible for reviewing the package details. Unused data or validity generally does not roll over unless the package expressly states otherwise.
Some supplier products may apply daily allowances, throttling, fair-usage policies or other limits. Such terms apply only where they are clearly shown for an available package. This statement does not mean Daily or FUP products are currently offered for purchase.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices, taxes or charges, discounts, package details and total payable are shown during checkout. Availability and prices may change before an order is completed. A cart does not reserve inventory or price. Payment is processed using the methods presented for the relevant checkout, including bKash where available.
An order is not paid merely because payment was attempted. Fulfillment begins only after authoritative payment confirmation. Agency and Partner purchases may also use their available account balance or other existing portal methods. You may not manipulate prices, payment state, wallet balances, referral attribution, coupons or order data.
5. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and protect account credentials, verification links, installation details and public install links. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorized. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use rivoSIM or an eSIM for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity; interfere with services or networks; bypass technical limits; resell or transfer access without authorization; scrape or probe the service; or attempt to access another user's account, allocation or financial records.
7. Suppliers and service changes
Provisioning, mobile connectivity, lifecycle status, top-up eligibility and cancellation depend on suppliers and network operators outside Jetrivo's direct control. We may update, replace, suspend or withdraw a package when required by availability, security, law or supplier changes. We will use reasonable efforts to support valid paid orders under the recorded order terms.
8. Refunds
Refund requests must be made within the 7-day request window and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The specific eSIM must remain unused, uninstalled and unactivated, and supplier approval is authoritative. A request does not guarantee cancellation, a cash refund or a particular completion time. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jetrivo is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from network outages, device incompatibility, destination restrictions, supplier or operator interruption, or misuse of installation details. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any remedy remains subject to applicable law and the facts of the order.
10. Bangladesh law and changes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction in Bangladesh may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
We may update these Terms as services, suppliers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
